MIAMI BEACH RESIDENTIAL REMODELING

As Miami architects with office in Coral Gables, we work in most of the major municipalities of Miami-Dade County.  In this project, we were asked to update the design of this house in the Miami Beach Alton Road area.

You can see in the "Before" photo below that the kitchen was enclosed with walls and hidden.  The windows throughout the house were small and in a style of window that is no longer used.  In addition, the backyard was mostly unused as the back deck was small and in disrepair.

We were able to update this house by moving the kitchen to the center of the house and open to the living room and dining room.  The the downstairs bathroom received updated finishes and fixtures.  The Master Bathroom and Closet were re-designed and new finishes and fixtures were provided.

The front windows of the house were replaced with sliding glass doors.  The driveway was modernized with a new paver.
